About
This course equips Trinity Baptist Church members and ministry leaders with practical, faith-filled strategies for serving with excellence. You’ll learn how ministry flows from prayer and Scripture to clear roles, welcoming systems, and meaningful follow-up—so visitors feel seen and believers grow in discipleship. Through guided lessons, examples from church life, and hands-on planning, you’ll strengthen your team culture, improve coordination across ministries, and communicate a consistent message online and in person. By the end, you’ll be able to build a simple ministry action plan, lead with integrity, and use your church website resources (sermons, events, and giving) to support outreach and spiritual growth.
