About
This course equips Deacons and Ushers at Trinity Baptist Church to serve with confidence, unity, and excellence. Through practical guidance, biblical foundations, and real-life ministry scenarios, you’ll learn how to greet and support members and visitors with Christlike care, assist with worship flow, and strengthen the church’s care pathways through deacon leadership. You’ll also develop team communication habits, proper conduct during service, and an approach to answering questions and directing people to the right ministries. By the end, participants will be prepared to serve more effectively, reduce service-day confusion, and help visitors feel welcomed and guided—while reinforcing a strong culture of service that reflects our mission.
